Special Anniversaries of 2025
2025 was a historic year for several reasons. As we come to the close of the current year. It is time to look back at the importance of 2025. 2025 was the United Nations' Year of Quantum Science and Technology, as well as the 80th anniversary of the end of World War II. European countries marked their 80th Victory Day in their various capitals. This year also marked the 80th death anniversary of Anne Frank. Many theorists also suggest 2025 marks the 75th year of the beginning of the Cold War.

22nd - 110th anniversary of poison warfare; there was a deadly chlorine gas attack by German forces at the Second Battle of Ypres during World War I. Also, it is the 155th birth anniversary of Vladimir Lenin, who established the Soviet Union.
25th - 35 years of the Hubble Space Station, which helped Astronomers know more about the Universe.
30th - 80th death anniversary of German Dictator Adolf Hitler. He committed suicide before the Soviets took control of the city of Berlin.

10th - The anniversary of India’s first war of Independence, which took place in 1857 against British Colonialism.
11th - The anniversary of the Pokhran-II Nuclear test by India, declaring itself a nuclear power.
15th - 95 years of the first airhostess who was on any flight. Registered nurse Ellen Church acted as the first female air hostess.

26th - 220th anniversary of Napoleon becoming the King of Italy. Even though we know him as a French Emperor, he was of Italian Origin.
June
5th- 50th Anniversary of the re-opening of the Suez Canal after the 1967 war. During the period, Israel had taken control of the eastern bank of the Canal. It remained closed until 1975 as neither of the countries didn't withdrew their armies.
15th - 810th anniversary of the signing of the Magna Carta, arguably the world's first Human Rights Document. It reduced the powers of the King and provided more rights to the people.
17th-The world's first Kidney transplant was here.
23rd - The anniversary of the development of the polio vaccine. It is also the anniversary of the Battle of Plassey, which paved the way for British Colonialism in the Indian subcontinent.
