The Never Ending Debate on Reservation in India

When we say the word, reservation everyone means and refers specifically to caste-based reservation.  Reservation is applicable in educational institutions and in government jobs, PSUs, at the governmental level, politics, and administration. But in India, it opens up for a variety of debates in India on society, economics, and justice.  Why Reservation and specifically Caste-based Reservation? Countries around the world have various types of affirmative actions, and in India, it is primarily through reservation. Due to the backwardness and historic disadvantages faced, India has a system of caste-based reservation, enshrined in the Constitution of India, yet has been practised since the 1932 Poona Pact. This book is covering varied perspectives on the BJP and how it has consistently worked in the past decade to be the number 1 or the default party in the country.  The BJP through the Modi wave swept the 2014 elections primarily through, Gujarat Model.
