When we say the word, reservation everyone means and refers specifically to caste-based reservation.  Reservation is applicable in educational institutions and in government jobs, PSUs, at the governmental level, politics, and administration. But in India, it opens up for a variety of debates in India on society, economics, and justice.  Why Reservation and specifically Caste-based Reservation? Countries around the world have various types of affirmative actions, and in India, it is primarily through reservation. Due to the backwardness and historic disadvantages faced, India has a system of caste-based reservation, enshrined in the Constitution of India, yet has been practised since the 1932 Poona Pact. We explain in simple terms various subtopics under this vast topic in the form of conversational and discussion styles. Everything in the episode is easy to follow and understand. 

The podcast started by talking about Guest's personal experiences in the UK for his Masters degree. He elaborately talked about his experiences- subjects, teachers, assignments, evaluations and much more with the help of examples. This was followed by an elaborate Q&A that looked into the comparison of the education systems in both India and the UK. The Host and the Guests discussed with each other the various ways in which India's Higher education system can learn from other countries notably the UK. 

Before ending the episode, the conversation dived into how a person can plan a career abroad and how they can use various facilities and scholarships to enhance their opportunities for a stable and successful career abroad.

The result for the Kerala Elections 2026 was declared on 4th May. UDF bounced back to power with 102 seats, and LDF collapsed to a record low of 35 seats, and for the first time, BJP won three seats in Southern Kerala.
