Greetings to all listeners and readers!! Higher education in India refers to the college education. Today, the challenges in Higher Education are not only restricted to the power of money and outdated syllabi but also how the system is skewed to favour few people over others. The issues of inadequate representation, lack of concern for disadvantaged communities, and the urban-rural divide continue to affect us across the country. There are several policies that work for inclusion in school education but often ignore the higher education scenario. Why are Americans angry?

This is a very short article based on popular social media discourses I encounter every day. I am not going to make a judgement on them but just going to enlist them. These are multiple perspectives handpicked and aggregated.

Americans are angry because-

  • 1.1 million Americans died during COVID-19 which is much higher than the number of deaths during World War II.
  • The exit of the USA from Afghanistan was chaotic and many were shocked by the lack of proper execution on the ground which led to the fall of Kabul in the hands of the Taliban which was a massive costly affair for the  American taxpayer.
  • On January 6th Insurrection and Aftermath.
  • The high inflation in the country has pushed the cost of living.
  • High Gas Prices Aftermath Russia-Ukraine War.
  • Roe vs Wade was overturned. 
  • They hate guns and gun violence but no one is doing anything on that. \
  • Politicians take money from gun lobby only do nothing. 
  • Billions are being spent on Ukraine, Israel and Taiwan while Americans are struggling. 
  • A convicted felon is still not in prison and able to do anything due to privilege. 
  • They have to choose between an Old Man and a Con Man.
  • People need a solution to the Southern Border. 
  • The current judiciary is the most conservative ever and their agenda is pretty much clear.
  • The president and ex-President are now going to have immunity for certain actions. 
  • They need an alternative to both the Presidential candidates. 
  • Biden is too old and Trump is always lying.
  • The first Presidential Debate was a sham. 
  • CNN failed to do fact-checking. 
  • Project 2025.
