The budget speech was held on 7th February by the Financial Minister of Kerala K N Balagopal in the Kerala Legislative Assembly. The Economic Review report was presented in the Assembly on February 7, 2023. This is Mr Balagopal’s fifth Budget after taking over as Kerala’s Finance Minister. The Mid-term Election is the second most important election in the USA after the General Election. The last Midterm election was in 2018, followed by the Presidential Election in 2020. The Mid-term elections happened on November 8th 2022, but mail-in voting had started more than a month ago.
